BrokeRichKid is owned and operated by a business based in Perth, Western Australia. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating BrokeRichKid. These terms apply to your use of our website, the Rich Life Club newsletter, playbook, calculators and other resources.

Our tools and resources help you explore ideas and organise your thinking. Check your inputs and results before relying on them. Different lives need different budgets, and a suggested split is not a financial rule.
The playbook is free to read, download where available, and print for your own personal use. It is an educational guide, not an individual financial plan.

The Rich Life Club is free to join. Subscribe using an email address you are entitled to use. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails or by emailing contact@innovateignite.com. Our Privacy Policy explains subscription data and email choices.
Our content and acceptable use
Our original articles, guides, illustrations, branding and website design belong to us or our licensors. You may read, save and print resources for personal, non-commercial use, and share links to our pages. Keep any copyright notices or credits intact. Ask permission before republishing, selling or commercially reusing our content, except where the law permits otherwise.
Use the site lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, impersonate others or use our forms to send spam.
External links, affiliates and sponsored content

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. Subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply to you, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and Commonwealth courts sitting in Perth, Western Australia, and any courts hearing appeals from them. Court proceedings relating to these terms or your use of BrokeRichKid are to be brought in Perth, Western Australia, subject to those rights and laws.
This clause does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, exercising non-excludable consumer rights or seeking urgent court relief.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. The version and date published here apply to your use from that date; changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. We will provide any additional notice required by law.
